Prenatal Yoga and Relaxation classes to
Stretch, Flow and Relax with yoga asanas (postures) adapted especially for pregnancy and some time out with deep relaxation and breathing techniques for pregnancy.

Mum and baby yoga is a great way to bond and spend time with your baby
while taking time to stretch and re strengthen your postnatal body. This class combines both mum and baby yoga within the practise as well as practising valuable breath work for recovery and relaxation.
Each class ends with tea, cake and time for mums to chat.
Includes an information pack for postnatal recovery.

Postnatal Yogii-lates classes blends the best of yoga and pilates to help you recover your post birth body. With focus on working the core and pelvic floor muscles that become weakened during pregnancy, and helping to build strength back in the abdominals, back and bums.
This classes focuses on mamas but non crawling babies are welcomed to join you, or if you prefer you can come on your on your own.

Monthly group circles to support new mamas in the early days of motherhood. Offering a safe space to talk with other new mums and feel heard.
Sessions include some baby massage to bond with your precious little ones, a monthly postnatal talk, time to share experiences over a hot drink, a monthly mindful task and meditation.

These bi-monthly events are just for mamas needing some time out to relax and reconnect to themselves. With some postnatal yoga and gentle core connection, a supportive sharing circle, plus breathing techniques, a guided EFT practise (Emotional freedom technique) meditation and a nourishing sound healing.
