The third age of life can be a challenge and this nurturing retreat can help you find balance again with yoga, mediation, mindfulness and sound therapy.
You will also learn wellbeing tips to help you to manage peri/menopause symptoms such as low energy, hot flushes, weight gain, insomnia and brain fog and help you feel empowered in your mid life journey.
The afternoon will conclude with a relaxing gong bath and sound meditation, (also known as a sound bath or sound massage), a
blissful and deeply mediative experience where you bathe in sound waves.
